Meet Michael Bush
Mr. Bush is the President of Home Resource Inc. and has held senior executive positions in Europe and the United States for Exxon Mobil and other smaller publicly traded companies. His speciality is start up and turn around environments and was a key executive in the creation of Mobil Chemical's Global Petrochemical Operations. His most recent turn around has been with Home Resource where he has taken an effectively bankrupt company and has successfully led it to the leading contemporary and modern furniture showroom on Florida's West Coast.
He graduated from Michigan State in accounting and is a CPA. He serves as the Treasurer for WBTT. He is also serving as the Treasurer for the Sarasota Season of Sculpture and has served on board of the Sarasota Film Festival, the American Red Cross, and various downtown business associations.

Eric Cross
General Manager
Eric has been General Manager for Home Resource since 2010. He previously held Visual Merchandising position at Saks Fifth Avenue in Sarasota, and Marshall Field's Flagship store in Chicago. He is a former graduate of Ringling College of Art & Design with an emphasis on Graphic Design & Illustration. Eric has been involved for the last seven years with Sarasota Arts Center's annual fundraiser "I-Concept".
Rich Gaydosh
Retail Manager
Rich has been with Home Resource since 2000, holding various positions in sales and logistics. Prior to Home Resource, Rich worked in the jewelry trade, principally in sales.
Brian Carcione
Warehouse and Delivery Manager
Brian has held various supervisory position with different manufacturers prior to joining Home Resource in 2006. Brian earned a interior design certificate to enhance his skills at Home Resource.
Kathy Bush
THE "BOSS"
Kathy has a degree in economics and had a successful business career. However, her passion has been about color, texture, and design. Kathy has the responsibility for the showroom, including the furniture selected, the displays, the staff training, and creating the "Home Resource experience". Michael thinks he is the boss, everyone else knows who the real "boss" is.
