Our staff does not work on commission. We adopted this policy to ensure the entire Home Resource team is solely focused on your needs and not driven by the need to generate a sale.  Our long term employees receive ongoing training to stay current with the product lines, the trends in fabrics and leathers, and the changing technology. Their education includes factory visits in Europe and the United States, training seminars at vendors’ showrooms and updates by furniture reps. Additionally, on- line design classes are offered to improve the team’s space planning skills and enhance their expertise in asking the right questions.  During the furniture buying process, our focus is on building trust, understanding your needs and your lifestyle, and mostly enjoying the relationship evolution from a client to a lifetime friend.
