The pattern of the Lama rug is made with thick tie-dyed wool yarns, a method in which textiles are knitted and then dyed, and which in this case has been applied to individual strands. This technique produces color transitions in the form of gradients, a peculiarity that can be seen especially in the rug’s fringes.

Conceived by the internal design team at GAN, Lama is made on manual looms using 100% virgin wool yarns, and its pattern resembles that of burlap fabrics. Because its yarns randomly change color, the design is dynamic. It is available in three different sizes.
